We are seeing this too, on one laptop model only

The laptop has a very wide aspect screen (1366 x 768). If you change the resolution to 1024x768 Notes works OK - until you click the button to go from full-screen to windowed and back again a few times, then it starts re-occurring.

Issue occurs on two new laptops we are testing, but does not occur if Notes is launched in basic mode (no Eclipse), so I'm thinking it something to do with Java & display drivers.

Notes 8.5.2 Fixpack 2, Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
